HomePro Connected collects customer service requests and matches them with available independent providers serving the customer's area. We do not normally perform the physical service ourselves.
Dumpster and junk-removal requests are fulfilled through participating providers in our specialized contractor networks — Dumpster Connected for dumpster professionals and Junk Connected for junk-removal professionals. These networks operate behind HomePro Connected to support the providers who receive those opportunities.
We currently offer dumpster rental and junk removal across the United States and Canada, and the platform is built to expand into additional home-service categories over time.
